When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to us by email through Amazon Web Services (AWS) and received in a Microsoft 365 mailbox. The website itself is hosted on AWS. These providers process the data on our behalf solely to deliver and store your message; they do not use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

Data retention and deletion

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete the information you've shared at any time — just email info@meerahq.com and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've provided by emailing us. You're never required to use the contact form — you can always reach us directly by email instead.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
